Is there anything to be cautious of?
Yes. The first judo lesson you will first learn how to Fall Properly as the break falls are important to prevent injury to yourself. You will learn Rear break fall, Front break fall, Side break fall and Rolling break fall.

During free practice, you will practice with a partner of

For competitive sport, Judo is included in this coming Dec 2013 27th SEA games. If you are preparing of the competition why not practise with our instructors.
