Background of Our Qigong Art
Developed by Grandmaster Anthony Wee, the Art harnesses and promotes the harmonious flow of the body’s internal vital energy (Qi) to boost a person’s physical forms and mental health. It is practiced by many followers around the region to enhance and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, and also for self-healing through Qigong movement.
This special art of Qigong is based on the best practices of three well-established Chinese traditional Martial Arts and meditation disciplines – the Northern Shaolin Inner Power of Qigong which is the basis of Chi Dynamics’ breathing techniques, the Southern Shaolin Wu Mei Neigong which concentrates on strengthening effects to the inner body, and the meditation techniques evolved from Pranayama and Kundalini Yoga Meditation systems.
Regular exercise sessions are conducted in Singapore for people who are concerned for their health and want to stay fit. Each session lasts about 2 hours and if practised on a daily basis, one should be able to master the exercises within 3 to 6 months.

About Grandmaster Anthony Wee
The founder of this Qigong Art that made in Singapore, Grandmaster Anthony Wee has years of experience and thousands of followers around the world learning and practicing his art of Qigong exercises and meditation to help maintain good health and to facilitate self-healing.
Originally a Martial Art exponent, Anthony brought glory to Singapore in pugilistic competitions around the region in the 1970s. Today, at the age when most of his contemporaries are enjoying their retirement, the septuagenarian spends much of his time and energy sharing the benefits of his Qigong with the community at large through training sessions, clinics and workshops on cancer care and health issues.
